I was particularly impressed by the selection of live dealer games available at BetMGM casino. As well as the exclusive titles discussed above you will find plenty of options for traditional table games like Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Casino Hold ‘Em Poker, with table limits from 10p – ￡1000 to suit all budgets.

BetMGM released a mobile casino app about six weeks after their website, and this provides a smooth experience for players on both Android and iOS devices. If you prefer to play through a mobile app, then I would recommend downloading either of these, but the website is perfectly responsive to smaller screens if you are happy accessing the site through your phone’s browser.
To write this review I tested the app and website on an Apple iPhone 14 and on a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. I found the performance slightly better on the iPhone, but the difference was negligible.

Pay Out Speed
The minimum withdrawal you can make is ￡10 by any banking option. BetMGM are a little vague about how long it will take for your withdrawal to be paid out, only stating that it may take up to 5 working days until you receive your funds. When I tested this, I got my money back onto my visa card in about 3 days (80 hours to be precise), which is a pretty standard time to wait.
Fortunately, there are no withdrawal fees charged by BetMGM, although your payment provider could add on a service charge.

The customer service agents I chatted with were helpful, and I wasn’t left hanging around. However, I would like the option to use the telephone as well, so they lose a few points here.

Verdict: The Golden Age of Casino has Arrived!
The new Bet MGM Casino site is a sleek and exciting place to game online. I was very impressed by the overall experience, and was delighted by their exclusive games and fantastic promotions. I would love to say more about their VIP programme: The Club by BetMGM, as this promises even more rewards, special events, and other perks, but sadly I have not received an invite to join this yet.
It would be nice if they accepted a wider range of payment methods, especially Pay by Phone or PaySafeCard. I would also like to see other options for getting in touch than just live chat. But all in all this is a smashing new site, and my top pick for Best New Online Casino 2024!
